Refund Policy

At SecureGuard Solutions, we strive to provide the highest level of security services to our clients. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Performance: If our security services are not delivered as agreed upon in the service contract.
  • Cancellation by Company: If we are unable to provide the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances or other company-related issues.
  • Early Termination: If the client terminates the service contract early, a prorated refund may be provided based on the services rendered up to the termination date.

2. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a written request within 14 days of the event or service issue to info@newbharatsecurity.com
  • Include your contract number, details of the service, and the reason for your refund request.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Client Dissatisfaction without Cause: Dissatisfaction with services without any specific breach of the service agreement.
  • Unutilized Services: Refunds will not be provided for security services that were booked but not used or canceled by the client without proper notice as outlined in the contract.
  • Force Majeure: No refund will be provided for service disruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or other uncontrollable events.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the refund request and will be credited using the original method of payment.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
